Sensory evaluation of fruit brandies

The Association of Brandy Producers of Serbia organized a sensory evaluation of fruit brandies on June 10, 2021, at the Radisson Collection Old Hotel in Belgrade.

42 distilleries from regional associations that make up the Association of Serbian Brandy Producers took part in the evaluation, reporting 74 samples of fruit brandies.

15 evaluators made a great effort to evaluate the most adequate fruit brandies in 8 categories:
– apricot fruit brandy
– quince fruit brandy
– pear pear brandy
– raspberry fruit brandy
– fruit grape brandies
– plum fruit brandy
– other fruit brandies
– brandy
