Within the project “Strengthening the capacity of the brandy production sector through education, promotion and improvement of visibility and recognizability of Serbian brandies on the domestic and international market” the Association of Brandy Producers of Serbia has made a brochure “Technological – economic model of brandy production”, whose authors are Dr. Ivan Urošević and Darko Đurović, MA.
